Shipping Policies

At Joyas Dina, we prepare and ship orders from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (for Guayaquil, Cuenca, and Azogues only). If you placed your order after that time, it will be shipped the next day. For the rest of Ecuador, it will be shipped within 24h/48h.

ATTENTION: There are no deliveries on Sundays.

Currently, we only ship to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands.

Shipping costs are free for Cuenca, Guayaquil, and Azogues. For the rest of the country, the price will be $4.99 (Coast, Highlands) and $5.99 (East).

Once the order is placed, you will receive a WhatsApp confirmation, and our delivery person will be in charge of delivering it to the address indicated at the time of purchase.
