Exchange and Return Policy

At Joyas Dina, we strive to create unique and meaningful pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please find our exchange and return policy below:

📸 Personalized Products (with photos or dedications)

  • Before manufacturing, we send you a preview photo of the design for approval.

  • If you don't like how the engraving looks in the preview image, we can redo it once more at no additional cost.

  • If the product has already been shipped and does not meet your expectations, you can return it and receive a refund for the engraving value (shipping not included).

  • Exchanges or returns are only accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, and the customer must send clear photos of the product to validate the request.

✨ Non-personalized Products

  • We accept returns or exchanges for products without engraving within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in perfect condition.

💵 Refunds

  • We can refund the money even if the customer is not satisfied with the engraving.

  • The shipping cost is not refundable.

  • The refund will be processed once the returned product is received and its condition is validated.

  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are at the customer's expense.
