1) How long does it take for my order to arrive?
At Joyas Dina, we prepare and ship orders from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (for Guayaquil, Cuenca, and Azogues only). If you placed your order after that time, it will be shipped the next day. For the rest of Ecuador, it takes 24-48 hours.
ATTENTION: There are no deliveries on Sundays.
2) How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are free for Cuenca, Guayaquil, and Azogues. For the rest of the country, the price will be $4.99 (Coast, Highlands) and $5.99 (East).
3) How can I pay for my order?
At Joyas Dina, you can use the following payment options:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- PayPal
- Cash on delivery (Guayaquil, Cuenca, and Azogues)
- Bank transfer or deposit (Banco Guayaquil and Pichincha)
- PayPhone
- DeUna
4) Where do we ship?
Currently, Joyas Dina only ships to Ecuador, including the Galapagos Islands.

If you wish to request a refund, the amount will be refunded to your credit/debit card if you used this method or via PayPal, or via bank transfer to the account you provide if you paid cash on delivery.

7) How do I receive money from a return?
Depending on the payment method you used, we will refund you as follows:
- Card: you will receive a credit to the account associated with your card, which you can check on your statement. The settlement date of the payment is not up to us.
- PayPal: you will receive a credit to your PayPal account.
- Cash on delivery: we will make a transfer to your bank account. During the online return process, we will ask for your bank details.
Please note that even if you return the order, shipping costs are not refundable.
Remember that it can take up to 10 business days from the time you hand the package to the carrier until we receive it in our warehouse and confirm the refund of your return.
